What exactly are you getting for your money?

Mainly, you're paying for a uniquely sophisticated product, the result of years of all-out effort, experience, inventions and knowhow. Our stoves:

guarantee light steam and soft heat;
properly ventilate the room;
have a life cycle of no less than 20 beautiful years;
generate an inexhaustible stream of guests in commercial settings;
are technically perfect and totally reliable;

Using only highest quality materials, our stoves are individually designed and created by talented stove-masters at Furnace Art Engineering, home to the consummate stove-master.

Crafting a truly exceptional stove is a complex, multi-faceted task. Even many stove-makers don't really appreciate just how much is involved in creating a stove at this level of technical perfection and design. Is it not about creating unique, fancy qualities, but quite simply, building a stove that is safe, reliable and won't fall apart. We often hear stories of fitted stoves having to be overhauled up to eight times in their lifetime.

So what is the alternative? Our valued customers are smart, insightful people. They feel quality, understand quality and desire quality. They are prepared to pay for quality and quality is what they get.

Fair estimates and benefits

Every stove project consists of numerous particulars: fuel type, height and flue pipe configuration, details of exploitation, power required, type of stove lining, materials used to finish the steam room, distance to the site… The list goes on. We would love to be able to name our customers a price straight away but this is extremely difficult to do before a range of technical solutions has been decided upon, and these specifications are unique in every case. Giving an exact quote at the very outset would not be entirely fair and we aren’t in the profession to mislead the customer. We believe in transparency in every stage of the project.

Once all the customer's wishes have been taken into account and individual technical solutions decided upon, we prepare a thorough quote that includes materials and labour.

One thing we can say, without needing to study the brief, is that the annual exploitation costs of our stoves cannot be beaten.

Materials cost estimate

Despite the fact that we cannot quote an exact cost in advance, we can give you some idea of our costs for materials. Please note that materials are charged at cost. We never add a hidden markup to the bill. The estimate you receive will be detailed and transparent.

A stove can be ordered in one of three trim levels which differ according to the quality of materials used: Premium, Standard and Economy. That said, the main stove components are only constructed from the highest quality materials. The category of other materials used affects the stove's durability and aesthetics. The special features which are unique to stoves crafted by Furnace Art Engineering are typical of any configuration the customer chooses because they comprise a fundamental aspect of the stove design.

Estimation of materials cost does not include the flue pipe, stove finish or steam room finish.

Multi-stove barbeque unit

The cost of work and materials for each element of the barbeque multi-stove unit (without lining) averages GBP 8,200. So, the price of a multi-stove unit consisting of a Russian stove, a barbecue, a cauldron and a lounger, will be about GBP 32,800.

Payment in instalments?

A stove project takes at least two months to complete and may take up to six months for a bespoke 'turnkey' sauna room, so order in advance! We draw up full contracts with our customers. Financing is worked out in instalments and final payment is made after delivery.

If you are interested in payment terms over a longer period we can arrange consumer credit with our bank for private customers and a leasing agreement for commercial customers. Call us to discuss a suitable payment scheme.
